The Next Chapter of Our Mission
Our work in Antigua continues with two missions planned each year, bringing together dedicated volunteers, medical professionals, and supporters to provide children with the dental care they need. Each mission has a distinct role, from comprehensive outpatient care and early screening to more complex treatment in the operating room.

Annual Dental Clinic & Patient Triage
October 23–30, 2026
Our primary annual mission focuses on providing comprehensive dental care through our outpatient dental clinics. During the week, our team also conducts patient screenings and triage to identify children whose dental needs require treatment under general anesthesia during the following mission.
Dental Clinic & Operating Room Mission
March 28–April 2, 2027
Our spring mission combines outpatient dental care with operating room services. During this mission, we treat children whose dental needs are too complex or extensive to be safely managed in the clinic and who require treatment under general anesthesia.
Our Long-Term Vision
Two Missions.
One Continuum of Care.
Our goal is to establish a sustainable two-mission model each year, allowing us to reach more children while providing the right level of care for each patient.
October Mission
Expanding Access
A large-scale outpatient dental clinic providing comprehensive dental care while conducting patient triage to identify children who will require treatment under general anesthesia.
March Mission
Providing Advanced Care
A mission combining outpatient dental services with operating room care, allowing us to treat children with more complex or invasive dental needs in a safe hospital environment.
Together, these two missions create a continuum of care—from screening and prevention to advanced treatment—helping us maximize the number of children we can serve while giving each child the care they need.
