WHO WE ARE

Children’s Oral Health
Outreach Canada

Every child deserves access to safe, compassionate dental care, regardless of where they are born. What began with one unexpected phone call and a small clinic in Guatemala has grown into a dedicated mission serving children with dignity, hope, and purpose. This is the story of how a volunteer effort became a lifelong commitment.

OUR COMMITMENT

Volunteer-Driven
& Patient-Focused Care

Our mission is 100% volunteer operated. No salaries are paid with the funds of the mission. 100% of donations are directed toward mission-related activities. This includes direct patient care, healthcare education, medical and dental supplies, instruments and equipment and essential operational costs at Obras, such as operating room access, clinical space, sterilization services, supplies, and hospital administrative fees required to provide care for patients.

Volunteers

All volunteers cover their own expenses by donating or finding a donor that supports the full cost of their participation, including airfare, hotel accommodations with breakfast, lunches provided at the hospital, and two organized team dinners. In addition to these contributions, volunteers generously donate their time, skills, and professional expertise.

Our Commitment

Our commitment is to transparency, sustainability, and maximizing the impact of every contribution in support of the communities we serve.
